Profit targets: 8% vs 10%
On the two-step accounts, Clarity asks for 8% in the first phase and The5ers' High Stakes asks for 10%. Both then ask for 5%. On a $100K account that is an $8,000 target against $10,000. On the one-step accounts, both firms ask for 10%.
Drawdown and the daily limit
Both two-step accounts allow a 5% daily loss. High Stakes has the wider overall limit at 10%, against 8% during Clarity's Two Step evaluation; Clarity's limit then widens to 10% once you're funded. On the one-step accounts, Clarity's 4% daily limit is looser than the 3% on Hyper Growth and Pro Growth, and all three allow 6% overall. Hyper Growth's 3% daily rule pauses trading for the rest of the day instead of closing the account.
Minimum days
High Stakes and Pro Growth require 3 profitable days, and The5ers counts a day as profitable when closed trades make at least 0.5% of the starting balance. So even if you hit the target in one session, you keep trading. Clarity has no minimum to pass any evaluation. Once funded, Clarity accounts need at least 7 trading days before a payout.
Reward split and scaling
High Stakes starts at 80%, Pro Growth at 75% and Hyper Growth at 50%, and all of them can scale to 100% as the account grows. The5ers' scaling plans are its biggest strength: High Stakes can grow to $500,000. Clarity starts every account at 70%, moves to 80% on your second payout and 90% after that, or pays 100% from your first payout with the 100% Rewards add-on. See Clarity's reward models.
Clarity pays in USDT every 14 days, or weekly with Express Payouts. The5ers processes payouts every two weeks with a $150 minimum.
News trading and platforms
Clarity allows news trading and weekend holding on every account. On High Stakes, The5ers allows trading through the news but not opening or closing trades in the 2 minutes before and after high-impact releases; weekend holding is allowed. The5ers' High Stakes runs on MT5. Clarity offers TradeLocker as well as MT5 (see the platforms).
Which should you choose?
Choose The5ers if you want a scaling plan that can take your account to $500,000, a higher starting split on High Stakes, or more overall drawdown room in a two-step evaluation.
Choose Clarity Traders if you want a lower first-phase target, no minimum days to pass, news trading without restrictions, TradeLocker, an instant account up to $200K, or 100% rewards from your first payout.

Frequently asked questions
Which is easier to pass, Clarity's Two Step or The5ers' High Stakes?
Clarity's first target is lower (8% against 10%) and there's no minimum number of days. High Stakes gives you more overall drawdown room (10% against 8%). If your strategy has deep pullbacks, the extra room may matter more than the lower target.

High Stakes and Pro Growth need 3 profitable days, each with closed profits of at least 0.5% of the starting balance. Hyper Growth has no minimum.
Can I trade the news at both firms?
Yes, with a difference. Clarity has no news restrictions. On High Stakes, The5ers doesn't allow trades opened or closed 2 minutes either side of high-impact news.
Are both firms simulated?
Clarity Traders accounts are simulated and use virtual capital, and rewards are based on simulated performance. Check The5ers' own terms for how its accounts work.
